Delivery Information

1. About the warehouse location
(1) We have a warehouse in Texas, USA. We will match the shipping warehouse based on inventory and address to ensure that the product reaches you as soon as possible.

(2) We also have warehouses in China. China warehouses are mainly used to handle urgent out-of-stock shipments.

2. Delivery country
United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Sweden. We will ship from the US or China warehouse based on your address.

3. We can ship to APO/FPO and other military addresses and PO BOX addresses.
Requirements for filling in military addresses such as APO/FPO:

(1) Recipient’s name: APO and FPO can fill in the recipient’s military rank, but DPO is prohibited from filling in the recipient’s military rank;

(2) Address column: The unit and mailbox number must be filled in;

(3) City: APO or FPO or DPO must be filled in;

(4) Status: one of AA/AE/AP;

(5) Reference: AA (Armed Forces of the Americas)/AE (Armed Forces of Europe)/AP (Armed Forces of the Pacific);

4. Transportation methods and costs
Free shipping on all orders over $69, otherwise please refer to the website instructions. Shipping methods: USPS, UPS, YANWEN, etc., but we currently do not support designated shipping methods. Orders shipped via YANWEN will be transferred to USPS or ONTRAC for final delivery.

5. Regarding the order processing time, there are three situations:
(1) If the purchased products are in sufficient stock, the products in your order will be shipped within 24h-48h from Monday to Friday. If you purchase a product over the weekend, it may be shipped the following Monday.

(2) If a product is suddenly out of stock or is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product from the Chinese warehouse, but there will usually be a delay of at least one week. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.

(3) Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered working days by letensex or our shipping partners. We arrange holidays for many holidays around the world such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc. During holidays, shipping will be slightly delayed (about 2-3 days). Similarly, customer service response will be slightly delayed, but we will reply to you as soon as possible, so please don't worry.

6. How do I track my order?
(1) Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link you can click to track your order.

(2) Log in to your account and find the tracking information on the "Order Details" page.

(3) Visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website for more details about tracking.

7. How do I change my shipping address?
(1) Once you find that your delivery address is wrong, please contact our customer service (info@letensex.com) within 24 hours! We will help you change your shipping address before your order ships.

(2) Please note: Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. You can only try to contact your local post office to have the package delivered to your correct address.

8. Is my package discreet?
We are 100% careful to protect your privacy. Each order comes in a plain box or bag with no indication of what's inside. Neither "letensex" nor our logo appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging. No one will know what you purchased. However, your and our mailing address are required in order for the package to be successfully shipped to you. 9. If I am not at home, what happens after the package arrives?
(1) If you are not home when the package is delivered, the carrier will find a safe place to place the package. If they are unable to leave the package in a safe place, you will receive an email explaining next steps, or you will receive a card in the mailbox.

(2) If your package is sent to a local delivery office, it will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. When you pick up your order in person, please don't forget to bring delivery notification (pickup card, text message, email (if applicable)) and photo ID registered to your delivery address.

(3) However, in order to avoid similar situations, please pay close attention to the delivery situation after placing the order.

(1) About the address
1) Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped.

2) Situations in which we may not be able to assist you include but are not limited to: If you are not at the address when the package arrives; If you are not present
